Flex cancellation option

Please note: The Flex-Cancellation Option is only valid if selected together with the trip in the same booking process and it must be per person be booked.
With our Flex-Cancellation-Option you can cancel free of chargebefore the start of the trip and without giving any reasons and get a full refund of the total travel price minus the Flex-Cancellation-Option:

In detail:

For trips WITHOUT arranged flight elements:

• up to 30 days before departure 0% - free of charge
• up to 22 days before departure 0% - free of charge
• up to 15 days before departure 60%
• up to 7 days before departure 70%
• from the 6th day to the 1st day before departure and in case of cancellation on the day of departure / in case of no-show 95%.

For trips WITH arranged flight elements:

• up to 30 days before departure 0% - free of charge
• up to 22 days before departure 50%
• up to 15 days before departure 60%
• up to 7 days before departure 70%
• from the 6th day to the 1st day before departure and in case of cancellation on the day of departure / in case of no-show 95%.

Normally WITHOUT Flex Cancellation Option the following conditions apply: 

• until 30 days before departure 30%
• up to 22 days before departure 50% (already valid for Flex-Cancellation Option WITH flight booking)

The Flex-Cancellation Option applies to the land trip and all booked extras (except for booked travel insurances).
